It’s time to have a delicious launch and let everyone know that you are the go-to expert for insert subject of program here!

But – you have some doubts and fears around launching:

  • How do you let people know about it?
  • What if no one registers?
  • What if you priced it too high?
  • What if they don’t see the value?
  • What if it’s not cutting edge enough?

Silence the doubts you are having, and get ready for a simple, but effective marketing recipe to launch your next group coaching program, and yes – they will sign up!

How’s your list?

If you don’t have an e-mail list yet, it’s time to get started, lady!

And, if you do, how effective is it? Do a quick check up to make sure that if you send an e-mail out, your list is receiving, opening, and reading it.

The potential leads who are already on your list have the highest chance of becoming students in your new group coaching program, so it’s essential you know what they’re looking for.

Create a free offer.

So you’re creative juices are tapped, because you just poured your heart and soul in to the materials for your new group coaching program, but you still need to create a quick opt-in for your new program. This could be a free webinar, a mini email course, an eBook – anything that requires them to confirm their e-mail to get in.

The offer should focus on adding valuable information, related to your program, but leave obvious holes that could be filled through your full training.

Plan your launch.

To make it easier on your life, plan out a schedule for your launch, and what activities/milestones need to be accomplished (and when). These can then be delegated to a VA or Launch Manager, to ensure you stay on track to meet your goals. Here’s a brief outline of a launch schedule:

Six Weeks Out

Get the basics out of the way, and ensure you have a foundation for the launch. Create the sales page, the payment integration, the email integration, and test, Test, TEST the sign up process.

Four Weeks Out

You should be promoting your new opt in offer, and either be auto-delivering it immediately, or holding the webinar before the end of this period of your launch. You’ll want at least two weeks to upsell the program from the free offer.

Two Weeks Out

You’ve completed your free webinar, and you’re now moving in to the true selling of your program.

To those new on your list, you should be courting them through a series of emails that upsell them in to your group coaching program.

For your existing list, make sure to include them in the launch with previews, cart opening emails, and continue your regular newsletters as well to add value, and not just be a 24/7 selling machine.

One Week Out

Check in with how many sales you made so far in the first week of the cart opening, and make sure you’re on target to meet your goals for the launch.

If not, see if you can see a tweak that can be made to your sales page, Facebook ads budget, or emails to increase the sale. By now, your numbers should be telling you something about where there may be a gap between what your audience is looking for, and how you’re positioning your group program.

Day Before

This is your last day to meet the goals for your launch! Make sure everyone on your email list, social followers, and any affiliates know it’s their last chance to get all the juicy benefits your group coaching program offers.

Send two emails to your lists today, with a warning that the cart is closing later tonight, and then a final last chance 1-2 hours before the cart closes. And, make sure you’re regularly posting on Facebook and Twitter that your enrollment period is coming to end. On social, you can even do an hourly countdown!

Humans are natural procrastinators, so take advantage of the last day of your launch, and play to their Fear of Missing Out.

Automation is everything.

Since you worked so hard to launch the program, and to create the free offer, it’s time to relax! (before you have to jump into leading the program). Make sure you’ve invested in an email autoresponder, so it can handle the list-building, e-mail messages, and sign-ups.

Also, use your launch plan to preschedule your social messages on Facebook, Twitter, and all other social channels through a tool like *Hootsuite or Buffer.
