To ensure we get off on a smooth start, I begin every new relationship with a half-day intensive.

Our first day together, would look this:
Session 1:
- Deep dive in to your business model, brand and website to make sure they are still working for you
- Define your income and time freedom goals
- Organize immediate needs and long-term projects
- Evaluate systems based on my 9-point checklist
- Establish team roles
Session 2:
- Organize your editorial and marketing calendar
- Create a strategic marketing plan to meet sales/income goals
- Find new avenues for greater exposure
- Set up a project management system for organizing dates and deadlines
Your Investment: $2000/mo.
