5 Pro Launch Tools to Use During Your Next Campaign
launch tools

Whether it’s your first launch, or your 253rd launch, there are always going to be new tools and systems you can use to make it easy and keep it stress-free.

But recently, there’s been a few big shifts in software and ability to reach out and connect with your launch, that I had to let you know about some of the most exciting and pro launch tools that you might want to check out before your next campaign kicks off.

Also, full disclosure that some of the links in the articles are affiliate links – which means I may get a payment if you choose to sign up. But, I have used every single one of these products with my clients on their launch and 100% recommend them – with or without the kickback.

1. Effortless Automation

When everyone’s closing their cart at midnight – they might not *really* want to stay up that late! So what are they doing to ensure a seamless transition from open cart to waitlist page?

They’re using a pro launch tool that redirects the pages for them, like Deadline Funnel (DF).

With DF, you can set up an automatic page redirect for both the sales page to turn into the waitlist, and also redirect any order forms so no one can get in after the cart closes.

This is especially great to use with any early-bird pricing offers, or expiring payment plans when the amount they are supposed to be charged to join is really important.

It can also be used with any evergreen sales funnels or products you wish to sell, to make those super limited (48-72 hour) discounts.

And finally, it also creates a really cool countdown timer that can be displayed at the top or bottom of your sales page, as well as embedded into your emails.

If your offer uses, or needs, a little more scarcity – I highly recommend checking out this pro launch tool!

2. High-Converting Sales Forms

It’s been proven time and again that what’s on your order form really matters.

So if you’ve just been using Paypal, and you want to increase your conversion rate, it might be time to check out a pro launch tool like Samcart. This tool allows you to create beautiful sales forms that can display testimonials, social proof, guarantee policy and an SSL certificate so your customers feel safe checking out.

They also offer advanced features like adding in upsells and downsells, a built-in affiliate program for your courses and also tracking your marketing campaigns. And 18 other awesome ways to increase sales!

If you’re ready to get more sales on your next launch just by changing your checkout form, SamCart is the next pro launch tool to check out!

3. Facebook Messenger Bots

All the rage (and free-for now!) chat bots are stepping up and blowing the roof of email conversions.

I’m talking 97% open rates.

And while it can be complicated to set up on your won, there are great pro launch tools like ManyChat that take all the tech out of it for you!

With ManyChat, you can send automated campaigns and broadcast messages on Facebook, just like using MailChimp or other emails systems. Except instead of a 20% open rate, you’ll get like 90+%!!

And you can also do other cool interactions, like having automated responses and now (even in the free version!) set up a bot for your Facebook live video comments to send them content upgrades.

I’m sure in the future Facebook will start the make us pay to play for this cool feature too, so be sure to start playing with ManyChat and messenger bots soon!

4. Instant Customer Service

In this age of instant gratification, having a chat app on your sales page is a must-have! Especially when you’re sending live traffic there from a webinar launch.

Two great options I’ve used on recent launches include SnapEngage and Intercom. Both seamlessly integrate with WordPress sites through plugins, but also have HTML codes so they can work on LeadPages, ClickFunnels, Squarspace sites and more.

And even if you’re just a team of one, you don’t have to be parked in these apps all the time! They’ll send you an email anytime anyone is “chatting” with you. But you can also be live, if you want to set aside a few hours during your main launch week, or especially right after a webinar or Facebook live video ends, and a lot of traffic will be on the page.

5. Effortless lead tracking

If you’re going to launch a program or course over and over, you need HAVE to know EXACTLY what worked during your launch, and what didn’t.

That’s why LeadDyno is my go-to for managing all traffic during a launch.

Not only is it a great and easy affiliate option, but it’s also great for setting up unique URLs to track for each source of your campaign tracking.

You’ll know exactly how many leads came from each Facebook ad campaign, social media channel, direct emails, and messenger bots (if you’re using that other pro tool I mention above!).

While there are dozens (if not hundreds) of pro launch tools on the market, these are the five I’m using with almost every client at the moment – and the ones that I can totally vouch for, with proven results.

Your Turn

I’d love to hear about any other pro tools you’ve been using in your launches! Leave the links and details for how you used it in the comments below. Or, feel free to ask any questions about the tools I mention above.

Thanks for explaining these programs, Jessica! With the digital world and software constantly changing, it’s easy to get left behind and keep using what has always worked. Things like upgrading from PayPal to Samcart, integrating as much automation as possible and using Facebook Messenger Bots are key right now. I have been getting familiar with ManyChat through a client of mine and it’s really something! I need to look into implementing it for my own business next.

Um, WOW. This list is amazing! I’ve heard of ManyChat before and have been curious to try it out. But these others are all new to me! I can see the huge value in setting a countdown timer and redirect, having a chat option on the sales page, and especially of tracking how your leads from different traffic sources perform.

I’m wondering — in your expert opinion, if a solopreneur only had the budget to invest in ONE of these tools, which would you recommend first?
